Yes, the surf culture has definitely become a delightful part of our cultural heritage, and has provided us with a lexicon all its own. Even if it is indecipherable to you, you can at least sport the outward appearance of sand and waves and never-ending summer, and you can look good doing it, too. Balboa Park. Balboa Park is the biggest urban cultural park in entire US. The park features a number of amenities such as performing arts center, botanical garden, sports complex, museums and a zoo.
