On the shores of the northern most coast of the Dominican Republic, there lies the province of Puerto Plata. After a brief orientation and training in how to handle stingrays, visitors are invited to stride into the Stingray Basin and float around with these amazing creatures. Then the sharks come out and nestle into the lap of any guest willing to allow them! Feed, pet, and even snorkel with the sharks - and without losing any limbs! Staff are always close at hand, but these sharks are not like those we see in movies. They are completely docile and ready to be your friend!

After a day of adventure with marine life how about some excitement in the casino? Ocean World Adventure Park has a beautiful four story building overlooking the Caribbean Sea, in which the most exclusive casino in the Dominican Republic resides. Las Vegas style gaming awaits, but only after taking in a live theatrical show in the same complex. The Bravissimo Show featuring 26 dancers tells the story of the Caribbean in interpretive dance, and the reviews are saying it is breathtaking!
